Summary
We aim to develop, improve, and share technologies for spatial omics analysis including spatial transcriptomics. By collaborating with the units, teams, and project within the Advanced Multi-Omics Technology Division, we seek to establish techniques for multi-layer analysis of different types of spatial omics data. These technologies will be leveraged to explore unknown biological and pathological mechanisms.
