Summary
The proteome unit provides comprehensive peptide and protein analyses using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS). We offer end-to-end support tailored to each research objective, from consultation on experimental design and sample preparation to measurement and peptide/protein identification and quantification. In addition to comparative proteome profiling using data-independent acquisition (DIA), we provide post-translational modification (PTM) analyses, spatial proteomics, and protein-protein interaction analyses. Through these services, we support a deeper understanding of biological processes and accelerate drug discovery and disease research.

Activity
- Services
- ● Label-free proteome analysis using high-resolution mass spectrometers (Orbitrap Q Exactive Plus, Exploris 480, Astral).
- ● PTM analyses, including phosphorylation, N-terminal acetylation, and lipid modifications. Please contact us to discuss other PTMs.
- ● Interaction proteomics: comprehensive profiling of interacting and proximal proteins using IP-MS, proximity labeling (BioID/TurboID,
- APEX), and cross-linking mass spectrometry (XL-MS).
- ● Spatial proteomics: support for spatial proteomics targeting micro-regions on tissue sections.
- ● Peptide/protein identification and quantification using acquired raw data.
- ● Deposition of raw data to public repositories.
